KR Fit is home to Your Night Choreo. YNC offers dance lessons for weddings, events, and date nights. Classes are in a completely private studio with Krista and Kelvin Ramirez. Learn choreography for your first dance, parent dances or come for an unforgettable date with your special someone! Offering classes in Ballroom, Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, Bollywood, Swing, and beyond!
Barre and Bands
The best mix of a cardio and barre workout! Build long, lean muscles with Ballet inspired barre exercises while torching calories with cardio intervals and intense sculpting exercises.
Equipment recommended: Light weights, looped resistance band, chair for barre work, mat
Sweatalates is the ultimate cardio strength class! Half intense cardio and half mat Pilates will leave you feeling lean, strong, and sweat-a-lotting!
Suggested equipment: Mat, Pilates ring or ball, looped resistance band.
Stands for Arms, Abs, and Ass – We kick all three! Triple A is a high intensity cardio sculpt class that hits every major muscle group. Dance inspired cardio gets your heart pumping while creative sculpt exercises keep you guessing. No two classes are exactly the same.
Equipment recommended: Light/Heavy dumbells, looped resistance band, Pilates circle or ball, Valslide or glider, mat
Yoga Booty Ballet
A kick ass fusion dance class! We begin with a seated meditation to let go of any outside stress, then we get up and get dancing! YBB is easy to follow, but high energy dance moves. We move into Ballet inspired toning and finish with a deep Yoga stretch.

- Click on class schedule.
- Choose your class and book!
- You will receive a confirmation email titled “You have an upcoming class with KR Fit” with the link to the class included. Click on link at scheduled class time.
- If you are not able to attend the live class, a recording will be sent to you. Good for 48 hours.
